Single Mass Dynamic Cone Penetrometer 8 kg. Hammer.

This Dynamic Cone Penetrometer measures the shear strength of soil with a CBR value between 10-100. It is manufactured in the USA by Salem Tool Company. This tool is a real workhorse that is built to last. It comes with a 37.75" drive rod for a test depth of 36".

This kit consists of:

(1) Drive Rod 37.75" Quick Connect (DM.QC.2)

(1) Reusable Hard Steel Cone Tip 3/8-16 thread (DM.ALL.1)

Does not include Pelican Case, Vertical Scale, Disposable Cone Tips, or Disposable Cone Adaptor - These can all be purchased separately.
